Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Field Service Manager (FSM) web application, you agree to these Terms. If you are using this on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Service Description

FSM is a SaaS platform designed for field service management, including job scheduling, invoicing, and customer management. We reserve the right to update features to improve performance or security.

3. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered (including VAT and Banking details).
• Account Security: You must keep your login credentials confidential.
• Customer Consent: You warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent from your customers to upload their data (Address, Phone, etc.) to this platform in compliance with POPIA.

4. Payment & VAT

Usage fees are as per your selected subscription plan.

As per South African law, VAT will be applied to invoices if you have provided a valid VAT number. If left blank, no VAT will be calculated by the system.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), FSM shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or business profits resulting from app downtime or user error.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a grace period of 30 days for you to export your data, after which it may be deleted from our servers.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
